C.A.R. Introduces the Mortgage Protection Program

This program is designed to provide peace of mind to first-time buyers who are hesitant to enter the housing market due to concerns about potential job loss, and subsequently being unable to meet their monthly mortgage obligations.

Through the program, first-time homebuyers who lose their jobs or become accidentally disabled may be eligible to receive up to $1,500 per month up to six months to help make their mortgage payments.

The FHA 203k Rehab loan allows borrowers to purchase or refinance their home and include the costs of rehabilitation into the same loan. This solution provides borrowers an affordable, stable financing solution that combines the purchase or refinance of the home along with the costs of the improvements into a single loan. The borrower is given the opportunity to borrow against the value of the home after the home improvements have been made.

Some of the benefits include:

-Low minimum down payment of 3%
